DirectionsWe are located in Huntington, Hauppauge and Northport, and are available 6 days a week. Our Huntington office is reached from the L.I.E. or Northern State Parkway by proceeding North on Rte 110. Turn right (East) on Wolf Hill Rd for 1 block. Make a left at the traffic signal, and a left into the 2nd driveway.
Our Hauppauge facility is reached from the L.I.E. by taking Exit 57 (West) toward Hauppauge, approx. 1.5 to 2 miles to Route 111 and make a Right. Follow Route 111 around to the next light (Hauppauge High School on right) and make a Left. Go to # 521, building is set back from the road, Suite 107.
Our Northport Facility is reached by taking Route 25A. In Northport, 25A is called Fort Salonga Rd. From points South of Northport take Jericho Turnpike (Route 25) to Elwood Road North for 4.5 miles to 25A Make a left and Corso is 1/4 mile on the left. Make a left into the Wellness Center and Corso PT is located on the second floor, Suite 202. Parking is available around the back side of the building. From points East and South of Northport take Jericho Turnpike (Route 25) West to Elwood Rd. Go North (right turn) for 4.5 miles to 25A. Make a left turn and Corso is 1/4 mile on the left. From points North of Northport and 25A travel South to 25A and turn right. If you are East of Elwood Road turn left on 25A. If you are West of Elwood Road, turn right on 25A. From points West of Northport take Jericho Turnpike (Route 25) to Route 110 (New York Avenue) follow Route 110 North to Route 25A, make a right turn (East) and Corso is 4.5 miles on the right. It is approximately 4 miles East of Park Ave. in Huntington to the Wellness Center which contains our facility.
